THE SAME TRACK


As one of Britain's biggest employers, Network Rail wanted to promote LGBT+ inclusion in the rail industry during pride month and drive positive change by helping to educate employees on the positive aspects, as well as the challenges its community faces.

It takes more than one person to understand what an entire community is. That’s why we captured and communicated what it means to be Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans and work in the rail industry in a series of WatchCut style videos that ask LGBT+ Network Rail employees directly. For each film we used a different vibrant colour combination, representing the different Pride flags.
